impressive and absolutely fabulous hotel, it was worth its 5 stars. location: the venue was near to the restaurant, and the garden. i tried some drinks at bar holsteins, located 5 minutes walk away.

The hotel is fairly clean and the staff is amicable and welcoming. the units are big, luxurious, and offer an exceptional view over the river. the location is a short walk from the garden, the restaurant, and the Ottoman bridge.

Whole place was clean with exceptional views; unbeatable location in the middle of the city. There was free Wi-Fi in public areas and the service in general was perfect. Location: the hotel was just next door to Ottoman bridge, the restaurant and casino. Also, St Paul's Church was 1 km away.

The room had a safe, mini bar, and central heating, with a great location and a nice bathroom with a bathtub that drains well.

The hotel provided excellent amenities with a stunning location near a river. The rooms were spacious, clean, and comfortable, offering a beautiful view. The delicious breakfast was the perfect start to the day, offering a variety of options to choose from. Plus, there were plenty of free facilities including a salt room, gym, hot stone, and sauna.

The communication of the staff was an issue, as we struggled to make ourselves understood due to their lack of fluency in English and other languages. Moreover, the food and service in the restaurant need some improvement, and we regret not having a menu in the room to make a better choice of where to eat. despite these issues, it was a pleasant stay with a few downsides.

the breakfast was outstanding, and the hotel's restaurant had great food. Be mindful of the restaurant on the bridge, which had poor service and food, but thankfully we stumbled upon the right one. We were able to use the pool, and the hotel also had a spa center, which unfortunately wasn't available at our time of travel.

Our only complaint was the noise level from other guests at night, but it was manageable overall.

I had an amazing stay at this hotel. The staff were extremely polite and friendly. The hotel facilities were top-notch, with an enormous spa and indoor swimming pool. The room was spacious, clean, and had a beautiful view of the river. Additionally, the breakfast buffet was rich and satisfying.
